Taking 65_ to the Next Level
The magazine is amazing and deserves amazing success. And so I’m going to help it move forward to the next level.

I spent ten years of my professional life acquiring, turning around, and selling 22 companies. Then I retired. For two days.

It was a little more than two literal days, but the fact is that almost immediately following my retirement I suddenly discovered what I really wanted to do with my life — I wanted to inspire excellence in others; to help them to success.

The purpose in my life became to help others to discover their purpose, and then to gain sufficient wealth to realize their dream in full. I began a program of corporate seminars that involved working with senior executives over the course of an entire year and empowering them for success by changing habits, attitudes, self-awareness, and spiritual engagement. I’ve moved over 100,000 executives through my Circle of Success program.

Besides Circle of Success, I offer a variety of resources for helping people be_come successful. My What Is Your Purpose? seminar has helped more than 26,000 people through a process that enables them to find their purpose and the wealth they need to help them to live out their dreams.

My 12 O’clock High seminar trains people in the use of blockbuster movies to teach lessons about leadership and management. The Negotiating Success seminar trains people for personal and corporate success by creating win/win results in all relationships.

Other seminars include Effective Presentation Communication, Time Management, and Project Management.

I’m living a life full and running over with these activities, plus many more. My purpose is not to make money. That can’t be a genuine purpose for anyone. I was put here on the earth to help other people succeed.

I’m a local resident, with a home in Carmel Valley, but I’ve maintained a national and international focus.

Then I discovered 65_ Magazine. Like all residents, I appreciate the look of the magazine and love the people-focused, positive attitude of the articles. The publication is amazing and deserves amazing success. And so I’m going to help it to move forward to the next level.

I’ve never helped any business to success by simply assisting them to do better whatever they’re doing. Success becomes fun and satisfying when you take off the gloves and punch through to the next level.

This remarkable magazine is going to become amazingly successful because of four changes we’re going to undertake:

Enlarge the Transformation theme. I’m a member of the Trans_formational Leadership Council, which is composed of 100 CEOs, trainers, facilitators, thought leaders, authors, movie producers and directors, and coaches. We support each other in our contributions to the world. These people are going to support our magazine with articles and aftermarket items.

Attract a Wider Audience. The stories and articles in 65_ Magazine have always had transformational themes — inspiring accounts of how people have discovered their passions and are leading purposeful and joy-filled lives.

The inspiration and encouragement that come out of these stories would be moving for anybody. Plus, Monterey Bay community events and lifestyles are interesting to a large number of people. Add to the mix articles by noted writers and media people, and we’ll have a magazine that will attract readers from around the nation.

Increase Advertising Revenues. We’ll begin to offer some enticing values for people advertising in our magazine. The goal will be to create multi-channel advertising campaigns that will ensure the success of all the businesses advertising with us.

Generate Revenues Through Subscriptions. We’ve made 65_ Mag_azine available for no cost to local readers. We’re planning to increase the circulation, plus offer paid subscriptions to people across the country. We’ll provide incentives by people in my TLC Group that will make subscribing irresistible.

We’re planning to have a great ride with 65_ Magazine during the months and years that lie ahead.

The magazine deserves to enjoy great success!

And it will! This is what I do! This is what I’m good at!
